Returns of full-price merchandise only are accepted within 14 days of purchase with tags still attached to merchandise for online purchases. Returns are not accepted to used merchandise or merchandise without original Bankelok tags.

Merchandise purchased from our retail location in Soho cannot be returned. They can be exchanged for another store item or you can receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise should be unworn and with original tags. A email receipt is required for exchange or store credit. 

Refunds for full-price merchandise purchased online will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by Bankelok tag, upon the receipt of the merchandise in the original condition. 

All purchases of clutches, handbags, vintage embroidery jackets and dresses, and any sale merchandise are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

How to Return:

Please fill out the complete return section of the invoice and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the invoice with the merchandise being returned complete details and the desired merchandise details for exchange. Please note exchange will depend on inventory availability. If desired merchandise is not available, Bankelok will contact you. 

Enclose the return and exchange form with your shipment.
